1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NortheernLightsRoom.com (“NortheernLightsRoom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including its games, community areas, virtual credits, profiles, messages, achievements, and related entertainment features.

By accessing or using NortheernLightsRoom, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

• Cannot be redeemed for currency, products, services, or anything outside the platform;
• Cannot be sold, exchanged, assigned, or transferred for value;
• Do not represent property ownership, a stored-value account, or a financial instrument.

Virtual credits may be provided through platform participation, feature access, events, community activities, or discretionary promotional grants.

We may manage, modify, limit, expire, suspend, remove, or discontinue virtual credits where reasonably necessary for platform operation, security, fairness, technical maintenance, policy enforcement, or changes to entertainment features.

Any attempt to sell, exchange, transfer, manipulate, duplicate, or misuse virtual credits may result in removal of virtual credits, restrictions on features, or account suspension or closure.

5. Community Conduct

NortheernLightsRoom is built around respectful social participation. When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or target another person;
• Publish hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or unlawfully harmful content;

• Attempt to obtain another user’s password or account access;
• Circumvent safety, moderation, access, or technical controls;

We may review reports, remove content, restrict communication functions, adjust platform access, or take other proportionate action to maintain a safe and welcoming community.

6. User Content

You may be able to post or submit usernames, profile elements, messages, comments, images, reactions, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through the platform, you grant NortheernLightsRoom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, protect, and promote platform features.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it complies with these Terms.

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community safety requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

NortheernLightsRoom and its platform content, including graphics, branding, interface elements, text, game features, software, artwork, sounds, designs, and platform structure, are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the platform for personal entertainment and social participation in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit platform content except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

8. Platform Availability and Changes

• The platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components;
• Every user interaction will meet your expectations;

12. Limitation of Liability
